Some things you must change and do to become better.
We all have limitations but it's about time that these limitations are minimized or completely dealt with. I will keep my article simple and short. these things we are battling with if not overcomed can disadvantage us someday.
1.Watching of Porn
Watching porn is never a healthy choice, if you are addicted to watching porn seek for help and try as much as possible to resist every temptation watching it. Porn can lead to many habits like masturbation, rape, Pre-mature sex, unwanted pregnancy, mental health, spiritual weakness just to name a few. If you happen to be a spiritual person religious person, it will corrupt your spiritual life to living immoral life however, i believe in change. you can replace porn with serious exercise that will help you mentally and physically.
2.Masturbation
Watching of porn leads to masturbation. masturbation has alot of side effects, examples are : fatigue, dizziness, low self esteem, low blood level, low testosterone, weak immune system, weak penis, erectal dysfunction, low sex drive, lack of sex confident. You can find something interesting to do like watching a funny movie, singing, dancing or meditation.
3. COMPLAINING
The Bible said we should be grateful for everything we have, we can challenge ourselves to do better. let us give ourselves to self motivation, the word of God, and to prayer which is necessary.
4.TOXIC FRIENDS
Some people can be in your life without adding any value. There are some people that you must get rid of to be free. The people who influence you positively are the people you can keep as friends.
5. PROCRASTINATION
Procrastination is the thief of time. these are the signs of laziness. Action is what is needed if you really have that kind of habit.
6. FAST FOOD
Sometimes we don't really get time to cook but fast food shouldn't always be an option to fill the belly. It is always an easy way to satisfy ourselves when we are hungry, Your health is your wealth. Proper diet is needed to stay healthy.
7. REST
Rest is important in everyone's life. You can be that hardworking type of person but trust me you need that rest to relieve you off those stresses. I will giving reasons why we need rest in my next article.
